  • Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Customer Support Associate to provide timely, friendly, and accurate support in French and English.

You will be responsible for assisting customers from French-speaking regions through voice calls and live chat, providing solutions to their inquiries and concerns in both languages.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Fluency in French and English (spoken and written)
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience (remote, e-commerce, or tech support preferred)
  • Experience with bilingual customer support is an advantage
  • Experience with tools like Zendesk, Gorgias, Shopify, or similar platforms is a plus
  • Calm under pressure and solution-oriented
  • Strong attention to detail and a genuine desire to help people
  • Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with a distributed team
