Technical Support Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AppSheet development and technical support.
About the Job:
The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical assistance, maintenance, and support to clients' AppSheet-based applications. This includes troubleshooting, maintaining, and enhancing existing applications, as well as supporting end-users with technical issues related to AppSheet and Google Sheets integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance existing AppSheet applications
- Support end-users with technical issues related to AppSheet and Google Sheets integration
- Provide recommendations for improvements and automation
- Assist in deploying updates, testing new features, and ensuring data reliability
- Document issues, resolutions, and changes in workflows
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in AppSheet development and technical support
- Strong knowledge of Google Sheets and data structure logic
- Analytical thinker and problem-solver with strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
