Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and resolving technical issues for our clients.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new technologies are also essential for success in this role.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Respond to technical inquiries from clients via phone, email, or chat
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in our system
  • Escalate complex issues to senior technical staff when necessary

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Previous call center experience with strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Ability to multitask and self-manage effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
