This role will play a pivotal part in coordinating, administering and advocating for the digital learning environment within our organization.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the Learning and Development team to provide end-to-end administration and support of our learning platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and monitor user engagement with learning platforms, develop communications to support user engagement and provide evaluation to stakeholders.
  2. Provide training for new users and leadership teams on LMS and L&D platforms.
  3. Oversee learning records and reporting for compliance and audits.
  4. Manage eLearning support queries and team inbox.
  5. Support the logistics of digital learning events including calendar management, digital conference support and induction programs.
  6. Support LMS transition by coordinating system setup, migration and stakeholder training.
  7. Contribute to analysis and design of digital learning programs adhering to best practices in user experience, accessibility and visual design.
  8. Manage content delivery calendar to ensure timely release schedule, communication and notices.
  9. End-to-end administration of our learning platform ensuring an efficient and effective user experience.
  10. Conduct training sessions for new team members and team leaders on using learning platforms and resources.
  11. Support the delivery of Support Office communications and programs.
  12. Oversee the Training inbox responding to eLearning queries promptly and professionally.
  13. Maintain learning and development records and statistics for monitoring and planning activities.
  14. Assist in logistics and delivery of operational training nationally such as monthly Support Office Induction Program.
  15. Develop technical skills in line with business needs.
  16. Foster a culture geared towards learning and innovation.
Requirements:
  • Technical aptitude and system knowledge.
  • Experience with Agile working methodologies.
  • Exceptional organizational skills high drive initiative and outcome orientation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Experience in developing high-quality digital learning assets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of the L&D team.
  • Proficiency with webinar hosting software preferably GoToWebinar and video editing software is desirable.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience.
