Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced PMO Lead to join our team in Metro Manila.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Project Management Office (PMO), driving the successful execution of IT projects, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. This role is ideal for a seasoned IT Project Manager with strong leadership skills, extensive experience in managing large-scale projects, and a passion for driving results. Key ResponsibilitiesPMO Leadership:Establish and manage the Project Management Office (PMO) framework, standards, and best practices.

Provide governance and oversight to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency in project delivery. Project Management:Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring on-time, within-budget, and high-quality outcomes.Define project scopes, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and manage risks and dependencies.

Stakeholder Management:Act as the main point of contact between stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectations. Facilitate project progress reviews, status reporting, and issue resolution. Team Leadership and Mentorship:Manage and mentor a team of project managers, ensuring skill development and performance excellence.

Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability. Process Optimization:Implement tools and methodologies to improve project tracking, reporting, and delivery. Identify and address bottlenecks to ensure efficient project execution.

Strategic Alignment:Align IT project portfolios with organizational goals and strategic priorities. Ensure projects deliver measurable value and business impact. Required Skills

And QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years in IT project management, with at least 3-5 years in a senior PMO leadership role. Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, or Agile certifications are highly preferred.

Technical Expertise:Proven experience managing large-scale IT projects in areas such as digital transformation, software development, cloud migration, ERP implementation, or infrastructure upgrades. Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies. Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.

Key Competencies:Strong leadership and team management skills. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Experience with budget management and resource planning.
