Job Role:

The Digital Agent (Non-Voice) is responsible for facilitating communication between the Voice Agent and customers or potential leads who prefer digital interaction channels such as email or SMS.

The primary objective is to identify the responsible party for utility usage and establish an account or disconnect the services.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Communication Liaison - Serve as a liaison between the Voice Agent and customers or Leads who prefer digital communication channels such as email or SMS.
  • Customer Engagement - Engage with customers or leads in a courteous and informative manner addressing inquiries, concerns and providing relevant information about the utility services.
  • Problem-Solving – analyze gathered data to determine most likely responsible party for utility usage, resolving any discrepancies or conflicting information.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping - maintain accurate records of all interactions including trace results, communication with third parties and account establishment details

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two (2) years experience in handling email, SMS and chat support.
  • Knowledge in handling Energy Account for electricity and gas is a huge advantage.
  • Proficient in written communication via email and SMS, demonstrating the ability to convey information clearly, concisely, and professionally.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a digital setting.
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze situations, identify issues, and propose effective solutions.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Adaptability to changing circumstances and willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
