Marketing Support Role


The Marketing Assistant position is a vital part of our organization, focusing on providing exceptional support to the marketing team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for handling various tasks that contribute to the success of our marketing efforts.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Liquidating expenses related to marketing groups; monitoring budgets and expenses; and managing cash transactions, including requesting payments and petty cash reimbursement.
  • Consolidating reports under our FDC Marketing System; submitting weekly updates to department heads; and assisting in project development.
  • Monitoring daily fly ash silo levels; sending out daily truck allocation to Holcim; updating and tracking Fly Ash and Ash Pond Materials hauling and payment status.
  • Consolidating delivery notes for Fly Ash and Ash Pond Materials for monthly billing.
  • Handling customer concerns under direction from marketing officers or heads; supporting customer engagement activities; and providing general support to teams' undertakings.
  • Coordinating with other departments on departmental concerns and assisting HR in creating programs for employees that promote work-life balance.
  • Performing other duties as required by direct management.
