Job Title: Digital and Social Marketing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Digital and Social Marketing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms to drive brand awareness and engagement.

This role involves managing and optimizing paid social campaigns using Meta Business Manager, creating and scheduling engaging organic content, monitoring social media trends, competitors, and platform updates to ensure best practices, and tracking and analyzing social media performance metrics to refine content and ad strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of digital marketing techniques and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. They will also have experience in managing online advertising campaigns and leveraging analytics tools to measure campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms.
  • Manage and optimize paid social campaigns using Meta Business Manager.
  • Create and schedule engaging organic content.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitors, and platform updates.
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics.
  • Implement lead nurturing workflows and marketing automation to increase engagement and conversions.
  • Optimize CRM for streamlined data tracking, segmentation, and customer journey mapping.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
  • Solid knowledge of digital marketing techniques and platforms.
  • Experience in managing online advertising campaigns and leveraging analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
