Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Marketing Content Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality marketing content that showcases our products and aligns with our overall marketing strategy.

About the Role

As a Marketing Content Specialist, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of content assets, and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to secure necessary approvals.

  • Project Management: Own project timelines, coordinate content inputs, and ensure delivery meets publishing deadlines.
  • Content Creation: Develop high-quality marketing content, including catalogues, email campaigns, and social media posts, that effectively showcases products and aligns with the established overall marketing plan.
  • Quality Control: Conduct thorough proofreading and quality checks to ensure accuracy in product descriptions, pricing, and imagery.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders and external collaborators to secure necessary content, assets, and approvals.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Experience in producing digital content at scale is beneficial.
  • A meticulous and fastidious eye for detail.
  • The capacity to perform effectively under pressure and seamlessly adjust to evolving priorities in a dynamic setting.
  • Outstanding communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Experience in Figma, Workfront, and Adobe Experience Manager (or similar applications) is a plus.
