Marketing Support Specialist Opportunity

This is a full-time, permanent remote position that requires providing high-quality digital marketing support to customers globally.

Key responsibilities include handling customer inquiries about product details, technical support, and billing issues. Additionally, you will be responsible for logging support tickets and updating the status within the ticketing system.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role, as well as the ability to manage customer escalations and challenging interactions in a calm and dignified manner.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer success, account management, or B2B client service, with excellent verbal and written business communication skills in English. Fluency in other languages is a plus.

Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office software is required, as well as excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail. Good time management and the ability to prioritize effectively are also essential.

Preferred qualifications include experience in software support, familiarity with ticketing systems such as Zendesk, and experience with CRM software. Technological adeptness and knowledge of SEO, PR, and Digital Marketing are also desirable.

Growth potential exists for this role, with opportunities to take on Account Management responsibilities after gaining sufficient product knowledge and experience.
