We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Specialist to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing tax returns, advising clients on tax-related matters, and ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local tax laws.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and Review Tax Returns
  • Advise Clients on Tax Planning
  • Represent Clients before the IRS
  • Ensure Timely and Accurate Filings
  • Coordinate with Cross-Functional Teams
  • Stay Up-to-Date with U.S. Tax Laws
  • Support ITIN Application and Acceptance Agent Services
  • Train Junior Staff or Tax Associates

As a seasoned professional in U.S. tax preparation and consulting, you will possess a strong understanding of U.S. tax codes, especially for individuals and small businesses. You should have experience with tax software, familiarity with FATCA, FBAR, and foreign asset reporting, as well as knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Enrolled Agent (EA) Credentials
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 4 Years of Experience in U.S. Tax Preparation and Consulting
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Proficient with Taxation Software and Tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite
