We are seeking an experienced Tax Professional to join our team in a client-facing environment.

">About the Role">

The successful candidate will be responsible for accurate and efficient tax return preparation, including company and trust tax returns, fringe benefits tax calculations, capital gains tax event management, division 7A loan compliance and structuring, mentoring and collaborating with offshore bookkeeping teams, and providing support in business activity statements (BAS) preparation and bookkeeping processes.

This is a mid-senior level role that requires technical expertise in Australian taxation, proficiency in Australian tax legislation and compliance, familiarity with Australian Tax Office (ATO) systems and compliance deadlines, Xero and XPM proficiency, and background in FYIDocs.

  • Proficient in Australian tax legislation and compliance">

  • Highly accurate with a sharp eye for detail">
  • An excellent communicator who can train and guide junior or offshore staff">
  • A self-starter who can work autonomously with minimal supervision">
