Sales and Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at Nexus Recruitment Group. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong background in banking, payments, and e-commerce technology.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all sales and business development activities in the Philippines, including prospecting and generating leads, managing customer relationships, developing sales strategies, and conducting sales presentations and negotiations.
In addition to sales and business development, the role also involves managing account activities, maintaining client relationships, strategic account planning, driving revenue growth from current customers, and acting as the escalation point for client issues.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Proficiency in Google Workspace and MS 365 is also essential.
