Virtual Receptionist Role

This position involves providing exceptional patient support through prompt and professional communication.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing high volumes of phone calls, scheduling appointments, and addressing first-line inquiries with clarity and accuracy.
  • Responding to inbound emails, including appointment requests and patient follow-ups.
  • Confirming patient registration details and updating information in the patient management system.
  • Coordinating follow-up appointments, recall systems, and administrative workflows to support clinical staff.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management and multitasking skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

A background in administration or a healthcare-related field is preferred, along with experience working in remote reception or customer service roles.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration or a health-related field (preferred)
  • Previous experience in remote reception, administration, or customer service (ideally in a medical or healthcare setting)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in patient management software and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Understanding of patient privacy and confidentiality protocols
