
Healthcare Support Specialist

This position involves providing exceptional patient support through prompt and professional communication.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing high volumes of phone calls, scheduling appointments, and addressing first-line inquiries with clarity and accuracy.
- Responding to inbound emails, including appointment requests and patient follow-ups.
- Confirming patient registration details and updating information in the patient management system.
- Coordinating follow-up appointments, recall systems, and administrative workflows to support clinical staff.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management and multitasking skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
A background in administration or a healthcare-related field is preferred, along with experience working in remote reception or customer service roles.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Administration or a health-related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in remote reception, administration, or customer service (ideally in a medical or healthcare setting)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in patient management software and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Understanding of patient privacy and confidentiality protocols
