Corn Seeds Business Lead

Drive business growth and profitability by owning P&L delivery, leading commercial execution, and fostering partnerships with distributors, retailers, and growers. Develop and execute integrated commercial strategies that align with company objectives, ensuring value creation for all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning the annual Profit & Loss (P&L) delivery and driving sustainable revenue growth, profitability, and market share expansion.
  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive business strategy to ensure long-term growth opportunities.
  • Leading cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and R&D, to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Maintaining operational agility to respond effectively to market changes and emerging opportunities.
P&L Accountability
  • Owning and delivering the annual P&L for the corn seeds business.
  • Monitoring key financial and operational metrics, and taking corrective actions to address deviations from the plan.
Commercial Execution
  • Leading the commercial operations to deliver seamless execution of sales, marketing, and distribution activities.
  • Driving market share growth by optimizing channel strategies and fostering partnerships.
Team Leadership and Development
  • Building, developing, and retaining a high-performing Channel and Grower Success team.
  • Fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture that values innovation, accountability, and customer focus.
