Sales Development Representative Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). As an SDR, you will be instrumental in building the foundation of our sales pipeline and helping us expand our customer base.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calls, emails, social media, and networking.
  • Engage with leads to understand their needs, qualify them, and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to pass along qualified leads and support them in follow-up communication.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions with prospects in CRM systems.
  • Achieve targets related to calls made, meetings booked, and opportunities created.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to uncover new sales opportunities.
Requirements
  • An associate's or bachelor's degree is required.
  • No prior experience is necessary, but a self-starter attitude and goal-oriented approach are essential.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required, as well as proficiency in Excel/Spreadsheets for tracking and reporting.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and phone systems for sales outreach is also necessary.
