Strategic Human Resources Manager

At RCX Recruitment Inc., we are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to lead our HR team in delivering exceptional results. With a strong focus on strategic planning, talent acquisition, and employee relations, this is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a proven track record of success in the field.
About the Role:This is a critical leadership position that requires a high degree of expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think strategically. As our ideal candidate, you will have a deep understanding of labor laws and regulations, as well as experience in recruitment, performance management, and policy development.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing the full hiring process from job postings to onboarding, and fostering a positive workplace environment by addressing employee concerns and mediating conflicts.
In addition to your core responsibilities, you will also provide guidance to managers on performance evaluations and development plans, create and update HR policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent; manage the full hiring process from job postings to onboarding.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive workplace environment by addressing employee concerns and mediating conflicts; implement employee engagement initiatives.
- Performance Management: Design and oversee performance appraisal systems; provide guidance to managers on performance evaluations and development plans.
- Policies and Procedures: Create and update HR policies and procedures; ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 8-10+ years of progressive experience in human resources with a strong focus on HR administration and management.
- A minimum of 3 years in a managerial role, preferably within a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office.
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
