We are seeking a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in Salesforce configuration, optimization, and administration. This full-time position requires strong analytical skills, the ability to interpret complex data sets, and proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM/reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with GTM leadership to understand business goals, sales, and marketing strategies.
  • Translate high-level objectives into technical requirements and actionable implementation plans.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or similar roles.
  • Proven hands-on experience in Salesforce (Sales Cloud) configuration, optimization, and administration.
  • Familiarity with related tools and integrations such as HubSpot, Marketo, Clari, CPQ systems, and data enrichment platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on complex data sets.
  • Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM/reporting tools.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically within a fast-paced client-facing environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, App Builder, Architect, etc.)
  • Experience working in a consulting or agency environment with multiple concurrent clients.
  • Knowledge of ABM strategy and tooling within Salesforce.
  • Experience with revenue intelligence platforms and GTM reporting methodologies.
