Job Description
As a key player in our real estate operations, you will be responsible for managing calendars, emails, CRM systems, and team communication. Your primary objective will be to support real estate transactions and prepare key documents while maintaining accurate client data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments
  • Coordinate with agents to keep marketing aligned with their brand and goals
  • Prepare and distribute marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, and social media graphics
  • Develop and implement social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok
  • Write and send newsletters featuring listings, updates, and team news

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience with rental listings or real estate support
  • Comfortable posting on multiple platforms, including Facebook Marketplace and Kijiji
  • Ability to enhance listing photos and write engaging content
  • Quick response to inquiries and filtering serious leads
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and great at keeping listings updated
