Role Overview

The position of Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the accuracy of bonus and commission programs.

Candidates with a strong background in finance, accounting, or a related field are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and updating quarterly compensation workbooks independently.
  • Overseeing end-to-end company-wide compensation processes and driving continuous improvements.
  • Preparing and submitting monthly incentives and bonus calculation files.

The successful candidate will be able to maintain sensitive information securely, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide expert-level guidance on sales compensation strategies.

Key Requirements:

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex spreadsheets, formulas, pivot tables, and data visualizations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with senior leaders.
