Job Title: Compensation & Benefits Manager

Sophos is a global leader in advanced security solutions. As a key member of the HR team, you will collaborate with professionals to enhance and standardize corporate global compensation and benefits strategies and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead market analysis to develop pay ranges for the APJ region, updating and aligning strategies as needed.
  • Participate in global compensation and benefits surveys to ensure competitive practices are maintained.
  • Partner with the Global Compensation and Benefits team to manage global merit, bonus, and equity cycles.
  • Design and manage benefits programs for the APJ region.
  • Work closely with HR Analytics to support decision-making and performance measurement.
  • Lead training and communications on compensation and benefits programs.
  • Provide guidance to Talent Acquisition on competitive offers.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of relevant compensation and benefits experience.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and process management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks and adjust to shifting priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Extensive knowledge of compensation and benefits best practices.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors, CompXL, and/or survey management tools is a plus.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.
