We are seeking a highly organized and skilled real estate support professional to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative and logistical support to real estate agents, brokers, or firms, ensuring seamless property transactions and exceptional client experiences.
About the Role:The Real Estate Support Professional is responsible for managing client interactions, scheduling appointments, preparing marketing materials, and coordinating various aspects of property transactions. Key responsibilities include:
- Client Management: Greet clients, answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, showings, and open houses.
- Marketing and Promotion: Create and design marketing materials, manage social media, and promote properties.
- Administrative Tasks: Prepare contracts, correspondence, and other documents, manage databases, and organize files.
- Transaction Support: Assist with document preparation, coordinate with other parties involved in transactions, and ensure smooth workflows.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, analyze trends, and stay informed about industry regulations.
To excel in this role, you should possess strong organizational and time management skills, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. Additionally, knowledge of the real estate industry, problem-solving skills, adaptability, and flexibility are essential.
Additional Responsibilities:This role involves various tasks beyond the core responsibilities, including preparing properties for open houses, managing email campaigns, writing blogs and online content, liaising with vendors and contractors, assisting with property listings on the MLS, tracking marketing metrics, and analyzing results.
This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines while maintaining excellent communication with stakeholders.
