Operations Assistant Job Description

The Role

This role manages the process of ordering and fulfilling supplies for nurse entrepreneurs on our platform. They need to ensure that clients receive the necessary supplies to serve them effectively. The primary responsibility will be to oversee the supplies operations and fulfillment process, including:

  • Setting up new accounts eligible to use our supplies platform
  • Maintaining accurate records of incoming orders and payments through our platform
  • Placing orders with suppliers when received through our platform in a timely manner
  • Daily reconciliations between our platform orders and supplier orders to prevent discrepancies
  • Providing occasional customer service via email to resolve lost or incorrectly placed orders
  • Escalating serious issues to your manager promptly
  • Identifying opportunities to improve the process and implementing changes as needed
Qualifications and Skills

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • Experience working with US customers in a similar capacity
  • Familiarity with Shopify and basic data analysis tools like Microsoft Excel
  • Strong written and verbal English skills
  • Able to work efficiently and effectively in a quiet working environment
  • Reliable internet connection (>10mbps)
