Logistics Management Position

The role of the Logistics Manager is pivotal in facilitating a seamless flow of goods, services, and information from origin to customer placement. This enables businesses to meet their objectives or customer requirements effectively.

  • Inventory cycle count management is a crucial aspect of this role.
  • Effective transport, inbound, and outbound logistics operations are necessary for efficient supply chain management.
  • Proficiency in SAP systems, specifically in Logistics, Warehousing, and Distribution Units Management, is essential.
  • Nurturing relationships with customers and clients is vital for successful business outcomes.
  • Delivery management, including local, import, and export logistics, must be executed flawlessly.
  • Warehouse operations, encompassing receiving, inventory, issuance, production, and Finished Goods (FG) Management, require meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks, EHS standards, and GST regulations is non-negotiable.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics Management, or a related field is mandatory.
  • At least 5-8 years of experience in Logistics and Warehouse Management are required.
  • Strong expertise in Importation & Exportation processes is expected.
  • Experience in PEZA & Customs processing and documentation is beneficial.
  • Heavy knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
  • NCII Certification in Forklift Operation, although not compulsory, is an added value.
  • Inventory management skills are indispensable.
