About the Role

You'll be a key player in delivering strategic projects, working remotely as a Project Manager in a global environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead client relationships and internal teams to manage projects at multiple locations.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation on a global scale.
  • Create plans, establish deadlines, assign responsibilities, and direct team members.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments, gather materials, and ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
Working Environment
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, senior executives, and external clients in a virtual setting.
  • Customize and maintain effective project records, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Identify potential risks, investigate mitigation strategies, and execute change management effectively.
  • Communicate project requirements and status to various levels and audiences, fostering trust and understanding.
  • Align departmental and corporate strategy, business goals, and objectives, driving success and growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in project management, leading medium to large-scale global projects.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management experience is required.
  • Operational management experience in BPO/call center industry is essential.
  • Ability to provide strategic guidance and lead project teams, driving results and excellence.
