Global Project Lead

This is a senior role responsible for managing complex, multi-country projects that drive business transformation and operational excellence across global functions.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, and advanced proficiency in project management tools.

The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams, oversee end-to-end project lifecycles, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. They will partner with senior stakeholders, manage risks, and ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.

This role requires a proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex, and multi-country projects. The candidate should have at least 10 years of progressive project management experience, including at least 5 years in a global or regional leadership capacity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, resource allocations, and budgets.
  • Drive execution excellence by ensuring adherence to project management frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in project management tools.
