Job Overview

This role involves overseeing the implementation of complex, large-scale projects globally, including managing and overseeing diverse functional project teams in Learning & Development. The ideal candidate will have experience leading and managing direct report teams in the call center and/or business process outsourcing industry with familiarity with call center financials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Oversight of project execution, ensuring the application of functional methodology and global processes.">
  • Leadership of project teams, establishing deadlines, assigning functional responsibilities, and facilitating communication and monitoring project progress.">
  • Risk identification and mitigation, escalation, and change management.">
  • Communication and documentation of key program requirements and status to clients, internal team members, and other key stakeholders.">
  • Build, manage, and maintain master project documentation.">
  • Partnership with internal teams, stakeholders, senior executive-level parties, and external clients to support new or expansion business opportunities through deployment strategy design, core operational component input build, project management service cost estimation, client presentation, and contractual requirement input support as required.">

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.">
  • Experience leading the implementation of complex, large-scale global projects, including the management and oversight of diverse functional project teams in Learning & Development.">
  • Project Management Certification: Project Management Professionals (PMP).">
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience working in a fast-paced environment.">
