Our team has access to a comprehensive, up-to-date database of registered businesses from Companies House. We're seeking a driven and resourceful Lead Generator to join us. If you thrive on problem-solving, enjoy taking initiative, and know how to get things done, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:- Data Analysis: Organise and analyse our dynamic database of registered companies (updated daily from Companies House) to identify and prioritise high-potential leads based on provided criteria.
- Research: Find relevant contact details, particularly for decision-makers or owners of target companies.
- Cold Outreach: Reach out to prospects via LinkedIn and/or email, crafting personalised, relevant messages to drive engagement & response.
- Lead Qualification: Assess their readiness for further conversation and interest in our accounting services.
- Results Delivery: Deliver qualified, engaged leads of business owners ready to explore our services to our MD.
- Process Optimisation: Independently troubleshoot and refine the lead generation process to improve efficiency and effectiveness over time.
- Experience: In lead generation, prospect research, or sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Research Skills: Strong skills to efficiently gather and verify key contact information.
- Social Media Proficiency: Proficient in LinkedIn and email outreach, including crafting effective messages that generate interest and engagement.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Self-starter mentality with a strong sense of initiative—comfortable solving problems and figuring out the best approach independently.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity: Familiarity with CRM tools and databases.
