About the Role

This is a Customer Service Representative position where you will be handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner. Your key responsibilities include resolving customer inquiries and requests, working with internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing, escalating customer feedback as required, identifying opportunities for new business development, managing sales processes, building strong client relationships, and meeting activity and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound calls and emails in a professional manner.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and requests and ensure strong customer satisfaction.
  • Work with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
  • Escalate customer feedback as required.
  • Identify opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
  • Manage the sales process to close new business opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with existing portfolio of clients.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
  • Must have call center experience (6 months and above).
  • Speak and write good English.
  • Have own computer, Microsoft Office suite, telephone, and reliable internet service.
  • Excellent computer and typing skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Be well organized and detail oriented.
  • Be teachable.
