Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This remote position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home.

  • This role involves assisting the claims department with the claims process, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
  • You will handle administrative tasks, including managing tolls and parking tickets efficiently.
  • Providing excellent customer service via phone, email, and text, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally is essential.
  • You will contribute to marketing efforts by assisting with various tasks such as social media management, content creation, and promotional campaigns.
  • Collaboration with team members to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction is crucial.
  • You will be responsible for CRM Management.
  • This role also includes performing additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred (customer service – 1 year).
  • A marketing background or experience is a plus (marketing – 1 year).
  • You must have strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening are essential.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is necessary.
  • You should be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) or Google Workspace (G Suite), and agility in learning new internal software and systems is required.
  • You must be self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are vital.
  • The following equipment is required: i5 10th Gen or equivalent, 8GB RAM, 2GB Video Card or Integrated Graphics Card, Windows 10 or macOS (no Netbooks or Chromebooks), Headset with noise cancellation feature.
  • Main Internet should be minimum of 20MBPs, wired only.
  • An Antivirus Software should be installed, activated and updated.
  • Backup Internet is recommended.
