Disaster Relief Customer Service Representative

This role involves working as a customer service representative in a remote setting, handling inquiries and providing support to clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong problem-solving attitude.
The selected individual will participate in training sessions to learn the company's account management systems and develop their customer service skills. Upon completion of the training, they will begin working on a part-time schedule with flexible hours from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM ET, with shifts ranging from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM or 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Learn and utilize the company's account management systems
- Improve customer experience by resolving issues efficiently
- Escalate complex cases to senior representatives or supervisors when necessary
Additionally, the candidate will participate in performance reviews, receive feedback, and engage in ongoing training to enhance their skills and knowledge.
