Key Accountant Role

Our team seeks a detail-oriented and organized accountant to prepare financial statements, perform month-end tasks, and reconcile books across multiple entities.

  • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements for clients.
  • Perform key month-end accounting tasks including financial data entry/import, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations.
  • Reconcile books across three entities each month with precision and efficiency.
  • Manage accounts payable processing through RAMP software integrated with NetSuite.
  • Support client-facing accounting teams with monthly close activities in QuickBooks Online when available.
  • Participate in ad-hoc accounting projects and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

  • At least 3-5 years of accounting experience with a strong foundation in cash and tax basis accounting principles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (formulas, macros, VLOOKUPs); strong data management skills.
  • Certified in QuickBooks Online; experience with Accounting CS is a plus.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines independently.
  • Professional communication skills and ability to interact effectively with staff and clients.
