This role is perfect for ambitious, results-driven recruiters who are confident in their abilities and motivated by performance-based compensation.

As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will source, screen, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for contract and permanent roles across the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source top healthcare talent using your own sourcing resources and tools
  • Work directly with MSP and VMS platforms to manage job orders and submit candidates
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to placement
  • Collaborate virtually with our team to achieve hiring goals and meet client needs
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience recruiting healthcare professionals within an MSP and/or VMS environment
  • Strong understanding of the MSP/VMS process, compliance, and submission guidelines
  • Access to your own sourcing tools (e.g., job boards, databases, ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently in a 100% remote role
  • Eligibility to work as an independent contractor
