Real Estate Accounts Payable Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled Real Estate Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing expenses related to property management, processing vendor payments, and ensuring accurate records of financial transactions.

About the Role

This is an entry-level full-time position that offers the opportunity to work from home with night shifts (EST) and weekly pay. As a Real Estate Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for managing multiple properties' accounts payable simultaneously, including entering purchase orders, invoices, and matching purchase orders with invoices. You will also prepare payments for approval, enter and update vendor information, and follow up with vendors service orders & service contracts.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on special projects related to property management and utilize your skills in managing multiple properties' accounts payable. If you have experience in AppFolio and real estate accounting practices, including property-level financial reporting, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements
  • Experience in AppFolio
  • Experience as accounts payable, preferably in a real estate or property management environment
  • Familiarity with real estate accounting practices, including property-level financial reporting
