Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Analyst to provide strategic insights and support our business operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in real estate and finance, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports, including liquidity statements and market comparison analysis.
  • Generate quarterly and year-end loan compliance reports for major lending partners.
  • Monitor ground lease reporting compliance and perform financial variance analysis.
  • Develop and review annual budgets for multifamily and office suites properties.
  • Assist with loan financing and refinancing, including underwriting and due diligence requirements.
  • Facilitate 1031 exchanges, including identification of replacement properties and calculation of deferred tax gain/loss.
  • Conduct due diligence on acquisitions and dispositions, including closing documents and exchange setup.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, or accounting (MBA preferred).
  • 2-5 years of experience in real estate asset management and/or acquisitions.
  • Strong Excel modeling skills and advanced quantitative skills.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, verbal, and written communication skills.
