Real Estate Data Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Data Analyst to analyze and evaluate financial data related to real estate investments. This role involves analyzing market trends, property data, and comparable sales/rentals.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Analyze real estate databases for comparable data, analyze the data, and write an analysis explaining findings in detail.
  2. Analyze real estate investments, including acquisitions and developments.
  3. Create financial models to assess property performance and returns.
  4. Research market trends, property data, and comparable sales/rentals.
  5. Prepare reports and presentations for leadership and clients.
  6. Assist with due diligence, including reviewing leases and financial documents.
Requirements:
  1. Previous work experience as a Real Estate Analyst or similar role.
  2. Degree in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Math, Economics, or Real Estate.
  3. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word; financial modeling experience preferred.
  4. Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  5. Familiarity with FileMaker Pro and internet searching.
  6. Knowledge of real estate terms and metrics (e.g., cap rates, NOI, IRR).
