About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Web Developer with SEO expertise to join our dynamic team at Noonan Real Estate Agency. This full-time role is in a Work-From-Home set-up Philippines and will play a crucial part in developing and optimising our online presence.

What you'll be doing

  1. Design, develop, and maintain high-performing, user-friendly websites and web applications
  2. Implement effective search engine optimisation (SEO) strategies to drive organic traffic and improve website visibility
  3. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and enhance the overall user experience
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring smooth website operation
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends and technologies
  6. Provide support and guidance to cross-functional teams on web-related matters

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience as an IT Web Developer, with a strong background in web design, development, and SEO
  2. Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and popular web frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, )
  3. Solid understanding of search engine optimisation best practices and experience in implementing effective SEO strategies
  4. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla
  5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively
  6. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  7. Adaptable to changing priorities and able to work in a fast-paced environment
