Job Title: Chief Credit and Risk Officer

The Chief Credit and Risk Officer plays a pivotal role in safeguarding the financial well-being of our organization by meticulously assessing customers' creditworthiness, identifying potential risks, and devising strategies to mitigate them. This position is instrumental in ensuring the timely collection of debts, fostering partnerships with stakeholders, and providing critical insights to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive risk management frameworks to minimize exposure to bad debts.

  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and patterns that may impact our organization's financial health.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective training programs for employees.

  • Work closely with our MIS department to develop and improve systems that support our risk management efforts.

  • Verify the accuracy of reports generated by our Quality Assurance team.

  • Streamline workflows and ensure that team members understand their roles and responsibilities.

  • Mentor and coach team members to enhance their productivity and overall performance.
