The Credit and Risk Head is responsible for providing critical assessment of customers' financial condition that aims to minimize as much as possible the risk of bad debts, increase collections, and assist management in vital areas concerning the field in order to improve operations.

  • Provides analytic reports to the management to address operational concerns.

  • Formulates modules for Credit and Risk

  • Provides assistance on training department in implementing the total business unit's training road map by needed assessment, solution identification, program design and development, implementation and evaluation

  • Works with MIS for new system improvements

  • Verifies the correctness of the reports provided by the CQA personnel

  • Organizes workflow and ensures that the team understands their duties or delegated tasks.

  • Monitors employee productivity and provides constructive feedback and coaching.
