Enterprise Risk Leadership Role

This leadership position plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing the organization's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) strategy. Reporting directly to the Chief Risk Officer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing risk management policies, procedures, and tools to mitigate potential threats to the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain enterprise-wide risk management policies and procedures.
  • Review and recommend enhancements to other risk-related policies to ensure an integrated risk management approach.
  • Support the Board of Directors in developing the organization's risk appetite and risk limits structure.
  • Own the organization's Risk Appetite Framework, KRI guidelines, and ICAAP process.
  • Lead the preparation of ICAAP documents, including stress testing and scenario analysis.
  • Establish risk management tools and systems to identify, assess, mitigate, and monitor interconnected risks.
  • Partner with business and functional teams to embed risk considerations in strategic and product decisions.
  • Provide risk reports and insights to Senior Management, the Board, and regulatory bodies.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders on enterprise risk matters.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Management, Mathematics, or related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in Risk Management, preferably in Enterprise Risk or Operational Risk within a financial services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of regulations, standards, and frameworks relevant to risk governance.
  • Proven background in policy formulation, implementation, and risk governance.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging Senior Management, Boards, and regulators.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
