As the Assistant Supervisor for Aftersales, you'll be responsible for assisting and monitoring Junior Care Customer Officers' coordination with other departments on all concerns regarding client assistance, complaints, and requests of existing clients.

Responsibilities
  1. Train new Marketing Assistants (Care Customer Officers) on proper account servicing procedures.
  2. Monitor the progress of CCOs and assess their performance, providing recommendations based on assessments.
  3. Closely monitor daily activities of CCOs and report habitual delinquencies to the Aftersales Unit Supervisor and/or Unit Manager.
  4. Document, analyze, and resolve issues and problems encountered by the JCCOs before elevating them.
  5. Perform other related tasks assigned from time to time.
Requirements
  • Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably business or medical-related.
  • Knowledgeable in customer service.
  • Above average verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal relation skills.
  • Organized and systematic.
  • Proficient in MS Word / Excel / PowerPoint.
  • Confident in dealing with various personalities.
  • Able to handle pressure.
