About the role

BYD Philippines Corp. is seeking an experienced Automotive Aftersales Manager to join our team in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila. This full-time role is crucial in supporting the strategic growth and customer satisfaction of our automotive business.

What you'll be doing

  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the aftersales department, including the service centre, parts warehouse, and customer relations
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance customer service, maximise efficiency, and drive aftersales revenue
  • Manage and motivate a team of service technicians, parts personnel, and customer service representatives to deliver exceptional standards of workmanship and customer care
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies
  • Analyse performance data, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to optimise operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide seamless customer experiences and identify cross-selling opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, vendors, and industry partners

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior aftersales or service management role within the automotive industry
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing and leading a high-performing aftersales team
  • Thorough understanding of automotive parts, service operations, and industry regulations
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and people management skills
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to drive business growth and profitability
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Business Management, or a related field
