Job Title: Infrastructure Support Specialist

About the position:

As a member of our IT team, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the entire infrastructure supporting our virtual workspace. This is a crucial role where independence and responsibility are key.

This position requires strong technical knowledge and experience with Citrix/VMware. You will be able to solve complex problems, perform migrations, and provide sound advice as needed.

Some examples of tasks involved in this position include:

  • Managing and optimizing our server environment;
  • Participating as a specialist in projects, creating technical designs and documenting implemented solutions;
  • Executing and planning changes without disrupting business processes;
  • Solving IT technical problems for users and suppliers;
  • Identifying organizational requirements and translating them into IT solutions;

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A HBO working and thinking level;
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position in a large ICT environment;
  • Experience with Citrix DAAS or VDI;
  • Knowledge of scripting and automation of software and processes;
  • The ability to share knowledge with colleagues;
  • An analytical mindset and problem-solving skills;
  • Proactivity, results orientation, and innovation;
  • Good English language skills in writing and speaking;
