Job Title: Data Business Analyst

We seek a skilled business analyst to fill this position.

  • Analyzing client business rules and aligning with baseline configuration options is key.
  • Solving client implementations based on client needs and platform architecture is another crucial task.
  • Managing and tracking progress on client deliverables is vital.
  • Reviewing and responding to support tickets and other client correspondence is also important.
  • Partnering with engineers to address client issues and verify solutions is essential.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2-4 years of client-facing business analysis experience or technical project management experience is required.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills are necessary.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment is also required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Tableau or Power BI is a must.
