Job Title: Senior Facilities Manager

The role of Senior Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and development of multiple buildings and infrastructure projects across our estate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the structural integrity, operational efficiency, and functionality of all facilities across the estate, while leading new construction and renovation projects.

  • Manage on-site teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure quality and timely execution of projects.

  • Liaise with department heads to align infrastructure needs with operational goals.

  • Develop project plans, budgets, and material requirements for construction and maintenance projects.

  • Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses for proposed projects.

  • Implement sustainable practices to improve efficiency and reduce environmental impact.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (civil, electrical or mechanical) supplemented with specialized training in business management or related experience.

  • At least 5 years of engineering experience with a focus on building maintenance and construction, preferably in agricultural or rural settings.
