Job Title: Senior Facilities Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced senior facilities manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our facility. The successful candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, with experience in managing maintenance teams, coordinating construction projects, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations, including utilities supply and equipment maintenance.
  • Supervise cleaning, waste disposal, and general upkeep.
  • Coordinate with contractors for maintenance tasks and oversee budget expenses.
  • Work with users on facilities-related repairs and enhancement projects.
  • Ensure full compliance with laws, building codes, and health and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience as a senior facilities manager in an industrial setting.
  • Professional license (passed board/license exam) is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Sound knowledge of building maintenance, M&E operations, and technical services.
