Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to provide exceptional support to our clients. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide Prompt Support: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and phone, ensuring timely resolution of their concerns.
- Address Customer Issues: Address concerns related to online orders, including lost shipments, stock availability, charge issues, and returns, providing solutions and alternatives as needed.
- Apply Company Policies: Understand and apply company policies while assisting customers, ensuring consistency and fairness in all interactions.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues, enabling effective issue tracking and resolution.
- Collaborate with Teams: Coordinate with other teams (inventory, logistics, billing) to resolve customer concerns efficiently, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply and effectively.
- Customer Service Experience: Have previous experience in customer service, preferably in an apparel eCommerce setting, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
- Strong Understanding: Possess a strong understanding of customer service etiquette, with a professional and empathetic approach, ensuring positive interactions with customers at all times.
- Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and handle customer inquiries efficiently.
