
Technical Support Specialist

This role is responsible for providing technical support and ensuring employees have the necessary resources. The department works cross-functionally with other teams to achieve this goal.
The main responsibilities of this role include providing helpdesk support, managing IT operations, and contributing to enterprise system improvements.
Additionally, this role will involve collaborating with the finance team, administering employee onboarding and offboarding, and overseeing hardware maintenance and asset management.
Travel to our facility may be required occasionally to oversee hardware shipping and receiving.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT systems and experience in technical support.
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 2-3 years of IT engineering experience is preferred.
The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as flexibility to work outside standard business hours.
They will also be able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
