Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with the People team to deliver an empathic and customer service-focused experience for everyone.
  • Provide support to employee questions and inquiries, delivering high-level customer service and exploring opportunities to innovate and advance our People Operations backbone.
HR Administration
  • Assist with the full employee lifecycle, including pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, employee change requests, and maintaining personnel records.
  • Coordinate HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, change letters, and HR-related correspondence in HRIS systems.
  • Manage employee data in HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity and meeting employee experience processes.
Systems, Automation & Reporting
  • Ensure rigorous QA processes for all data entry tasks.
  • Develop automation of HR processes in HRIS systems to eliminate manual repetitive tasks.
  • Ownership of the People Confluence space and HR Google Drive, keeping documents up-to-date and accurate.
  • Keep the People Ops playbook up to date with documented processes and links.
  • Report on people initiatives as required.
Employee Relations
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding People policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Assist with employee relations documentation, including disciplinary actions and performance management processes.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and HRIS software; experience with HRIS platforms is preferred.
