Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional employee experience, providing support with various people operations activities and ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with the People team to provide an empathic and customer-focused experience for all employees.
  • Support employee inquiries and deliver high-level customer service, focusing on innovative solutions and process improvements.
HR Administration
  • Assist with the full employee lifecycle, including pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, and maintaining personnel records.
  • Coordinate HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, change letters, and performance reviews.
  • Manage employee data in Rippling, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Systems, Automation & Reporting
  • Develop automation of HR processes in Rippling to eliminate manual repetitive tasks.
  • Own the People Confluence space and Human Resources Google drive, ensuring documents are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Keep the People Ops playbook up to date with documented processes and links.
Employee Relations
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding People policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Assist with employee relations documentation, including disciplinary actions and performance management processes.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is desired.
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and HRIS software; experience with Rippling or similar HRIS platforms is preferred.
